To ensure a smooth rental experience, here’s what you need to know about insurance:

Using Your Own Insurance:

• ✔ What You Need: You can use your own Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance. Just make sure it’s valid, up-to-date, and covers you for the rental vehicle.
• ✔ Proof Required: Bring a printed insurance declaration page, no older than 48 hours, or show it through a mobile app at pickup. It should include your name, address, and cover a minimum liability amount, plus comprehensive coverage.
• ✔ Deposit: If you use your own insurance, we’ll need a deposit from your credit card to cover your deductible and any potential damages.

🚗 Driver Age Requirements

• ✔ Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle with us.
• ✔ Maximum Age: Drivers up to 79 years old are welcome to rent with us.

Note: If you’re between 21 and 24 years old, there will be an additional fee. Terms and conditions apply.

Please Note: American Express is not accepted.

Credit Card Requirements:

• ✔ Main Driver’s Card: A valid credit card in the name of the main driver is required at the rental office to pre-authorize or charge the deposit amount.

Additional Insurance Information:

• ✔ If Paying with Cash or Debit Card: Additional insurance (Collision Damage Waiver with zero excess/deductible) must be purchased.

💳 Using Someone Else’s Credit Card

Yes, you can use someone else’s credit card to pay for the rental. Here’s what you need to know:

• ✔ Cardholder Presence: The cardholder must be present at the counter.
• ✔ Valid Photo ID: They need to bring a valid photo ID to verify their identity.
• ✔ Rental Agreement: The rental contract will be under the name of the cardholder.

💳 Security Deposit Information

To rent a car, a security deposit of up to $2,500 is required. Here’s how it works:

• ✔ Purpose: The deposit may be used to cover any amounts owed to the rental agency as per the Rental Agreement terms and conditions at the end of the rental.
• ✔ Charge & Release: The deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of pick-up and released once the rental period ends. The release time may vary depending on your financial institution, typically taking between 10 to 15 business days.
• ✔Payment Method: The security deposit must be made with a credit card. If you use a debit card, additional charges may apply.

The amount of the security deposit will vary based on the type of vehicle you rent and the coverage options you choose. Here’s what you need to know:

• ✔ Vehicle Type: The deposit amount depends on the vehicle model and type.
• ✔Coverage Type: The deposit also varies depending on the type of coverage selected for your rental.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our renters, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Please Note:

• Fine: If smoking occurs inside the vehicle, a fine of $250.00 will be applied.

The minimum age to rent a vehicle in the United States is 21 years of age. For drivers over 21 and under 25, there is an additional fee.
