I rented a car from them on 04/28/25 , beautiful new Nissan , I only paid $64 for a week through Expedia , so it's a great deal ! A couple of unknowns , they are only open 9 to 5or6 , so when I had to change my arrival time to 8 I was told there will be no one there at that time , after talking to someone else they told me I could drop the car off at the airport for a $50 fee , not really a problem bc I got it so cheap. Then there's the whole sun pass thing in FL where you can't go on toll roads unless you paid an extra $19 a day , otherwise, there'll be fines that'll cost more, and the $500 hold they put on your credit will not be removed until 10 to 15 days after you return the car.That, I do not like , nor understand, I returned the car in perfect condition, it's been released , so why do they need to keep a hold on a credit card that long? All in all , it's a great deal , nice car , but yes , pay attention to the extra costs or ask if there are any!

The car I rented was very clean, without unpleasant odors and in good technical condition. The workers were friendly. The shuttle to the airport worked excellently. The process from the beginning of the delivery to arriving at the airport terminal was 31 minutes. A service 100% recommended for the quality-price ratio.

This rental experience was great! Smooth pick up smoother drop off! They explained everything well and Fabi working the office was absolutely wonderful! Kind and polite! The car was great! Smooth ride no issues at all! We will most definitely return here for our rental needs when we come back to Tampa!!!

Total rental for the week was much less than my corporate discount with one of the majors. Entire staff was friendly. Carlo, my driver from Costa Rica, was very complimentary of the company. Car was as described. Only downside was the toll policy ($20/day or $35 fine if you use toll). Added 30 minutes to my commute each way. Not a huge deal but wish I would have known prior to picking up car.

Francisco and Fabi were great. I had another rental car reservation that fell through. I called them last minute. They came and picked me up within 10 minutes and my son and I were able to get on our way with a great car etc. Top notch people. Great car renting experience. Very respectfully, Military officer.

Had a great experience with Nü rental/DFG rent a car. Fabi was in charge the whole trip. She picked me up from the airport door to door service. We chi chatted on the way to pick up the car. She guided me into the office, (she was the only one there because her coworker unfortunately was sick) and she walked me through all the charges, and how the sun pass worked. I brought my own ezpass from home, but realized with the new pay by plate option that it was just more practical to avoid tolls rather pay the fees. The credit card hold was a little more than I'm used to, but it didn't deter me from signing the receipt. I had a brand new Nissan with 15 miles on it! It was fantastic on gas!! When it was time to fly home, Fabi messaged me the address to bring the rental back. When I pulled up, she was outside vacuuming one of the previous rentals. Talk about a hard worker! She promptly stopped what she was doing to check over my return and bring me back to the airport. Our conversation was even better on the way back! She is such a kind girl, who I hope to do business with again when I come back to Tampa!
