• We will collect your mobile phone number when you agree to receive SMS. The information will be collected verbally: in person or over the phone.

SMS Program Details

Data Usage. We use your data solely to communicate via SMS about reminders, alerts, notifications and to answer any question you may have.

Data Security. We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention. We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Opt-Out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. Non-Sharing Clause. No mobile phone information will be shared or collected with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain rental records (including reservation details, signed rental agreements, driver's license information and vehicle condition photos) for the period required by Florida law and our records policy, generally up to five years from the rental end date (Fla. Stat. § 95.11), after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active claim. SMS program data is retained only while you remain subscribed to our SMS service.
